Also photocopy of what appears to be the original painting: an oval miniature, from the Croft Castle collection. According to D. Uhlman, writing in Country Quest magazine (Summer 1964) the painting may be by Mariamne Johnes, but in light of the identification on the engraving this is unlikely. Also other images from the same book as the above engraving, apparently illustrations for a book depicting North and Mid Wales landscapes and scenes. Most of the engravings are by J. S. Ibbetson.
