Brigit Roberts was a sister of Rev. Evan Killin Roberts (1856-1913), of Jesus College, Oxford, who was ordained in 1886, later becoming a minor canon of St. Paul's. The cuttings begin with an account of a presentation to Roberts on his leaving Coldhurst and Frankhill, where he was curate 1886-9 and of the death and funerals of their parents Robert Roberts (d. 1911, age 78) and Mary, the daughter of Evan Killin, the 'king of Llanbadarn Fawr'. Many concern the death and funeral of the canon ('Impressive scenes'). The death of Brigit, who was head teacher at Capel Sion School, is noted and another hand was responsible for entries detailing family news up to 1952.

Contains loose items, as follows:
* S. Andrew's, Hertford, Church and Parish Paper, July 1913 and March 1914, the first largely concerned with the decease of the Rector, the Rev Evan Killin Roberts, in 1913, the second containing an account of the dedication of a new altar and reredos in his memory
