Scope and content: Court document re sale of Crosshill Farm.
Crosshill was located on the road between Cross Inn and Nebo (now the B4337). It was 'in the occupation of Mr Issac Morgans, as Yearly Tenant, at the Annual Rent of £9, with a Small Cottage and Garden adjoining, now in the occupation of Mr Thomas Davies, as Yearly Tenant, at the Annual Rent of £2.'

'In the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division. Re John Davies' Estate. Jones v. Davies. Particulars and Conditions of Sale of Freehold Messuage, Farm and Lands, called and known by the name of Crosshill, in the Parish of Llanbadarntrefeglwys, in the County of Cardigan, comprising about six acres arable, meadow & pasture land, which will be sold by Auction, by Mr Griffith Griffiths, at the Castle Green Inn, in the village of Llanon, in the County of Cardigan, on Thursday, December 14th, 1878, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, in one lot.
