Scope and content: Ledger containing account of letters sent by the Lampeter Agricultural Society in connection with their annual show. Loose material inside front and end covers, newspaper cuttings with announcements of shows in 1904, 1922 and 1923, pasted inside front cover. The first section is the Society's Postage Book, covering the period from 16 June 1903 to 3 October 1908. Further in is an account from 14 August 1914, 'Schedules sent to following persons', with entries extended through to 1913. Further in still is an account begun on 7 July 1903, 'Show's Posters, posted to the following places', its entries extended through to 1908. The final section is, 'Posters sent to the following places', maintained 1904-1914.

Loose material inside front cover: two letters concerning proposed 1919 show; estimate for printing returned from Caxton Hall Printing Company, 1926; List of Books etc. received from Mr D. Evans Pontfaen, being the property of the Lampeter Ag. Society; Challenge Cup ticket for the best mare or filly in the yard; newspaper cuttings, announcements for the Society's shows in 1920-1923, notice of cheap G.W.R. trips to Lampeter for the 1921 show, report on Mid Cardigan Shire Horse Society meeting; newspaper cutting, picture of the Annual Conference of the South Wales and Monmouthshire Agricultural and Horse Show's Secretaries, held at Neath, J.D. Lloyd of the Lampeter Society arrowed.

Loose material inside back cover: invoice from the auctioneers, Lloyd & Thomas, to J.C. Harford Esq. of Falcondale, £128-12-6 commission on sale of livestock, 9 October 1911; draft of typed letter from the Society's Secretary inviting recipients to become members, 26 July 1919; draft text for newspaper advertisements and notices, 6 August 1920, two copies; newspaper cuttings, announcements for the Society's shows in 1892, 1905, 1907-1913, 1921-1922, three of which have been annotated for republication; newspaper cutting, photographic portrait, Mrs D.F. Lewes, Plasgeler, with 'Blue Peter', taking the wall jump at the Cardiff Horse Show; newspaper cutting, photographic portrait of Mrs H.B. Green's 'Bleddfa Tell Tale', with foal, winner of Welsh Pony Mare at the Royal Agricultural Show, Gloucester'.
