Six colour plate humorous WW1 Western Front cartoons, presented with ‘Answers’, weeks ending November 16 â€" December 21, 1935, by courtesy of the Bystander. The cartoons were drawn by Bruce Bairnsfather, a serving soldier and formerly a commercial artist, and were originally published during the War by the Bystander as ‘Fragments from France’.
