1. One bound volume of weekly wages received by employees. Includes general information on gross pay, overtime and bonus pay, tax due, NI contributions, etc.

2. Four balance sheets providing a statement of accounts, net gains and losses.

3. Four bundles of receipts and invoices alphabetically arranged grouping of invoices for orders received and processed by the Welsh Cellar during the normal course of business. Also includes company stamp.
