Of licence to search for lead ores, argentiferous lead ores, copper ores, tin ores and all other ores, metals, minerals, and metallic matters in the pieces of land known as Blaencaelan Sheepwalk, situate in the township of Caelanymaesmawr, p. Llanfihangel Geneurglyn, co. Cardigan, now in the occupation of Thomas Jones , measuring 239 acres, 3 roods, and 32 perches; part of the Common or Waste lands within the manor or Lordship of Geneurglyn, co. Cardigan, and appurtanences to the tenement known as Blaencaelan. (Plan enclosed)

Consideration: One Fourteenth part of the money made from the mining of the lands, to be paid annually to 1.
