Scope and Content: Scrap book apparently compiled by J.C. Rea (Lieutenant Colonel John Charles Rea, 21 December 1868-4 February 1944) of Aberystwyth chronicling his life and activities. He played football for Aberystwyth FC, was the proprietor of The White Horse Inn in the town, and served in the army, attaining the rank of major.

The scrapbook was acquired by the depositor's mother while in service in London.
