Scope and Content: Programme of a Rededication Service for Able Seaman Frederick Dyer at St Matthew's Church, Borth held on Sunday 3 September 2023.

Able Seaman Dyer and another man, Prosper Charles Colman, were washed ashore in Borth in 1917 following the sinking of their ship, the SS Memphian. They were buried as 'unknown' despite some identifying information being present on their bodies. The Commonwealth War Graves Commission erected a headstone for Colman in 2015 but Dyer did not get one at the time. He was eventually commemorated in 2023.
