Acc.3893

Ref: ADX/1715

Reference: [GB 0212] ADX/1715
Date(s): 1904 (originals)
Level: Fonds
Extent: 2 items
Scope and Content:

Pencil sketches (digitized version only) of doorway of St. Paul's Wesleyan Methodist Chapel, Aberystwyth and the beach by the depositor's great uncle, Charles Percy Shelley. CPS was a brass-foundry manager in Birmingham but also a gifted artist, engraver, poet and writer for Birmingham Central Literary Magazine. The depositor allowed us to take copies of the images, the former of which we identified as a doorway to St Paul's Wesleyan Chapel (demolished 1992).
