Scope and ContentBen and Joseph Rees were two brothers brought up in Pembrokeshire. They were both educated at the University College of Wales, Aberystwyth. Joseph became professor of Spanish at Manchester University and Ben became an officer with an Income Tax Office. Both retired to Harlech where the remaining brother died in 1985. 1-4. Bank Books1.
