Contents of Glanhelyg tin trunk.
The Pigeonsford Collection comprises estate and family papers deposited at Ceredigion Archives in a metal trunk in 2004. The collection is chiefly made up of documents pertaining to the administration of the estate and the affairs of the Price-Bowen-Jordan families. Additional material relates to the genealogical research and letters of Evelyn Hope, who was largely responsible for the present structure and taxonomy of the collection.

1. Gerddi Gleision c. 1900, with 3 people standing in front: Thomas Davies, Mary-Ann Davies (nee Williams) and Alice Evans (nee Davies, b. 1883). Gerddi Gleision became a post office in c. 1904 and Alice and her husband were the first postmasters. The Bontgoch Post Office was run by the same family for three generations. It moved to another location in the late 1970s or early 80s.
Mary-Ann Davies reputedly died in the house sitting in front of the fire.
