1. Licence to plead granted by Victoria, Queen of England to George Chilton esquire, one of the Queen's Counsel learned in the law to act for David Herbert, prisoner in the gaol at Cardigan.
D.H. is committed to take his trial at Cardigan Assizes for destroying the Will of his late father, John Herbert.
